I started taking Maca about a week ago. It’s a supplement in pill form that has a combination of all 3 colors. Too early to tell if it’s helping, however I have noticed a boost in energy. Maybe it’s related? Maybe not. Time will tell!
I have read something about it but honestly, there is no proof it's purely anecdotal so it's hard to know if it can work. Every body is different too. Doesn't hurt to try but there is no evidence.
Do you know if maca increases androgens or androgenic symptoms such as hirsutism? I have hyperandrogenism and I had hirsutism in the past and I don't know if maca can worsen that, but I'm desperate because I have 0 libido since I took sertraline, I stopped taking it already 1 year and a half ago and I'm still the same 😥
