Guys… This is a FUN one! I’m super excited to share this full day of non-diet intuitive eating with you! For this video I made all brand new recipes that I have never made before… kind of a gamble.. Luckily they mostly turned out- wahoo! But… I probably won’t be doing it again. Not in this same way at least .. It was TOO MUCH! (I explain in the video!)

In these full days of eating videos the goal is for me to show you what it looks like to eat with no food rules. I explain the WHY behind my food choices so you can see how I eat intuitively. During these full days of intuitive eating some things will be kept ambiguous to help prevent comparisonitis. Every day is different and this was just one day!
