I take Magnesium Glycinate it's good for muscle pain, restless legs, stress and insomnia..I have fibromyalgia and arthritis..plus I'm diabetic..

I’m taking 5000 mg magnesium glycine; 1050 mg of elemental magnesium glycine. Muscles have never been happier. Bowels are finally moving. Only two weeks in and looking forward to fibro pain, neuropathy, and insomnia to go away.

Just curious: isn't 400 mg the max recommended dose?

@@carlosturciosolivera1899When I told my doctor about the amazing benefits of high dose magnesium, he said he would have recommended 800 mg. Doctor was probably talking about total not elemental and that wouldn’t have helped at all!

Well they were talking also,about epsom salt and getting magnesium that way. So it must be magnesium sulfate.

She did mention what kind of Magnesium to take? Glycinate,Citrate or with other added minerals etc. Kindly enunciate this more. Thank U

I've been taking your magnesium unfortunately I'm still getting severe leg pains my legs and knees hurt just a deep ache in my legs at all times could that be stress in my life is causing me to deplete my magnesium and therefore taking more than 600 mg is just not enough
