we are by north grove as well :)... knowing what I know now I think I would of preferred old Magnolia. We had no idea the growth that would come right after moving in and thought I found a hidden gem four to five years ago. Great video, it'll be something to see what happens to this area over the next several years.

There's no way to take 249 into Downtown Houston. You either have to get on BW8 or I45 from 249.

Magnolia has a bit more to offer at the moment, development will continue to push north into new waverly. Both are great areas, New Waverly is positioned for slightly more affordable prices. Lots of growth headed for both areas

Tearing down the beautiful trees and too much crowded development starting. Traffic is bad, losing it's peaceful country vibe. Small country roads always full of traffic. Concrete jungle.

Magnolia is now priced the same as an apartment in Austin tx. It’s pathetic, it’s a depressing hell joke of a town that you will get stuck in. Absolutely hate magnolia.

Exactly. Magnolia is awful and there is zero desire to preserve the trees. It used to be beautiful but it’s ugly and overdeveloped now

Magnolia used to be great but now it’s awful. The traffic is terrible, bad infrastructure, and whatever small town feel there was, is gone. Now it’s just a super busy, poorly planned area, that is 30-45 minutes from anything worth doing. Stop moving here!

It definitely depends on the neighborhood, there are some unrestricted neighborhoods, but typically the higher end neighborhoods will have restrictions to keep a cohesive look throughout the neighborhood

I make 200k a month and I come from an ultra rich family. I am the lowest earner in my family and my father said anyone that makes less then me is trashy. 😉 where in magnolia do you recommend ? Please keep in mind if the surrounding homes are not worth more the $90 million dollars it will be considered trashy to my father. PS. 😊 Thank you look forward to hearing from you soon.
