Maitake mushrooms are in season from September to October, but they can be grown artificially and enjoyed all year round.
It's very extravagant, but it's delicious, so please give it a try.
Ingredients: 231kcal per serving
- 1 pack of Maitake mushrooms (100g)
- 1/4 onion
- 100ml water
- 200ml milk
- 10g butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A little peppercorns
How to make:
1. Slice the onion.
2. Heat the butter in a pot and fry the onion over medium heat until it becomes translucent.
3. Add the Maitake mushrooms and fry until they are soft.
4. Add 100ml of water, cover and simmer.
*Steam slowly until most of the water has evaporated.
5. Add half the milk and blend in a blender.
6. Return to the pot and add the remaining milk, heat carefully to avoid burning, and add salt to taste.
