The music at the Coronation was utterly superb, the choirs, orchestras, fanfares and individuals excelled beyond measure. And this is a great addition to the British royal ceremonial repertoire.

As a Dutch woman I m so jealous of the outstanding and breathtaking music of the Britisch culture. ❤

Sir Andrew, this sounded so beautiful during the Coronation. May we continue to make a joyful noise as we sing this incredible piece of work wherever we are.

I heard this music live at the coronation today and had to come and hear it again absolutely STUNNING 🙏 ❤️

As an American, I am compelled to use a baseball metaphor: Andrew Lloyd Webber hit it out of the park with Make A Joyful Noise. This was by far the best musical feature of the Coronation. The bright majestic musical themes were perfect, and the inspiration from Psalm 98 is a reminder to all of where the authority of His Majesty as well as that of all earthly kings come from. May King Charles III live up to this exhortation and worship the LORD in heaven (Yehovah Elohim) with every decision he makes for the United Kingdom.

Beautiful, simple, joyous. The music composition by Lloyd Webber for the coronation of Charles 3 is nothing short of magical. The choir is ethereal and transports the audience to another realm. The brass section is simply beautiful as it adds a grandeur and a powerful punch to the proceedings. The combination of both elements is a feast for the ears and leaves one feeling swept away. Lloyd Webber's music has truly set the perfect tone for this momentous occasion.

I can see this lovely hymn becoming a modern favourite and a splendid addition to the hymnary

I was absolutely shocked at how beautiful this was! ALW is super talented but I was skeptical when I heard that a musical theatre composer was going to write something for the coronation, with it being such a deeply historic, and religious ceremony.

Why is Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber not writing Christian choral music on a full-time basis?? Such a high calling to write music for the Lord God Almighty. This was just amazing - my dad and I were watching the coronation from the west coast in the US we both stopped what we were doing when this song came on and said “what is this?” - outstanding, glorious!!!

This is absolutely divine! I heard it first time during the coronation and I thought “Wow!this music was amazing”However, when I listened to this again, I couldn’t hold the tears of happiness from my eyes. Thank you so much for creating this beautiful masterpiece.

It really must be bittersweet for Sir Andrew. I must say, I LOVE Handel’s Zadok the Priest, so Sir Andrew has a huge act to follow in my humble opinion. I adore almost everything he has ever written, so can’t imagine that I’ll be too disappointed!

I heard this most beautiful piece for the Coronation and had to hear it again. Thank you indeed Andrew Lloyd Webber, you have done magnificently.

ALWebber's piece is in a modern idiom while being of a religious nature and totally right for the Coronation of 2023. All other music was written by Handel or by Elgar (early 20th). I'm so glad England is no longer "die stadt ohne musique" as was said in earlier centuries. "The land without music."

Music is important at special events, especially the Coronation...... uplifting and glorifying the message of Psalm 98...... bravo!

Beautiful song, I watched the coronation on tv and this song did it for me.

A beautiful, simple, majestic piece written in key of C. While not as complicated as the Hallelujah Chorus, it stands tall and will last. The boys clear soprano bring out the beauty of the high notes. Love it!
