I Love You Mayra. I follow you alot now and have bought several of your recommended Low Carb Items, etc. and made some of your Recipes. You are a God Send to us KETO Low Carb People. Thanks....
did I miss something? did she ever say how many egg whites and how much protein powder? I am not one that can just "eyeball" it. Can someone please give me the amounts of the ingredients
Hi Mayra Iis there another unflavored protein powder you can recommend that one it has soy lecithin and I cannot do soy anythingand I would love to try this recipe Thank you for making my keto life easier
I've tried with gold whey protein and it looks very different. But I'm curious - do we use just white eggs (from how many eggs +-?) Or we need to add some water into our eggs? Because white eggs look kind of very liquid
Hi i good morning i have a question how much protein powder to use and how much egg whites looks delicious my new breakfast now on a strict diet aft wls this is perfect please let me know measurements Have a blessed day all your videos are awesome
You can sweeten up some cottage cheese or ricotta, then add some lemon zest and stuff these beautiful crepes with the mixture and top with a little powdered sweetener.
Mayra, love your channel. I took your advice and bought the angus burgers and salmon patties from Costco. They are both delicious. Worth a few cents extra per serving.
That recipes looks great! My birthday is at the end of the month, and I always have crepes with a sausage filling. 1 lb of your favorite breakfast sausage, 4 oz of cream cheese, and a bit of shredded cheddar cheese. Cook the sausage in fry pan, then add the cheeses and mix till incorporated.
Omggg I love this…. everything I’m addicted to (chocolate & strawberries) I love this so much. Can’t wait to try this. I never would have thgt I could have this in a low carb way.
Hi Mayra! I absolutely love love Choc Zero products! Especially, their strawberry preserves. So thankful that there are no sugar alcohols in their products. Not only did I just place my order for the Isopure Protein Powder, I used your discount code for the hazelnut spread…..Everything else, I have in my pantry. Thank you! Thank you for yet another amazing recipe! The only thing that I would do with this recipe, would be to add a dollop of whipped cream. I cannot wait to try it! 😊❤😊
@@ChocZero ……OMGEEE! Thank you for your reply! YES YES! I ONlY use your products, from your strawberry preserve, to your honey, choc syrup, semi sweet and milk chocolate chips, choc covered almonds, peanut butter cups….. Not only did I order your hazelnut spread, but I ordered your new Rhea Bar, which I’m super excited to try! ❤️
@@mindysmom6132 Aw, this brightened my whole DAY! So happy to hear you love all kinds of products we've put out and we hope you LOVE that Rhea bar. It's our first keto candy bar, so we're always happy to see people try it for the first time 💞
Thanks for placing this recipe on your website. I would like know, in grams, how much protein powder are you using? I am not sure that all protein powders use the same size scoop.
I wondered that, too. My guess is that it may taste a little too "eggy" (like scrambled egg taste) when you include the yolks. Whole eggs seem to work fine when I make mug cakes, though (eggs, protein powder, almond flour, butter). Crepes are supposed to be delicate and light, though.
We ate at a famous crepe place in St. Augustine, Florida, recently, and I came home and made low carb copies of their ham and cheese with honey mustard drizzle crepes! So yum. Then I forgot about crepes until I saw this video! Gonna make some more with your recipe, thanks!
Looks Great! Sweetened whipped cream! What pan do you use? I have such a hard time finding a good nonstick pain I just had to return one today because my I had to chip out my eggs when the were supposed to slide right out.😢
I'm so excited!!!! These passed my picky 19 yr old son's taste buds!!!! One way he's been very picky for a long time is in the area of texture and the texture on these is definitely different so I wasn't sure. Really though, after a few bites, it made me think of a thinner choux pastry dough so really not bad. I had a hard time getting my protein powder to completely break up whisking by hand so I put my whisk attachment on my mixer and ran it on the lowest setting. I added cinnamon, Molina vanilla extract, and a tiny amount of sweetener to the batter. My son & I both already love ChocZero's hazelnut spread so we slathered that on it, topped with Reddi-Wip and cinnamon. I will definitely make these again!!!
Is there anything better than hazelnut chocolate crepes? I remember getting them at fairs or the boardwalk and now you've brought us a delish high protein version! 💞
Hello I’m new to your channel and I’m curious as to what protein flavor did you use to make the crêpes with? I’m enjoying watching all of your cooking ideas and suggestions so far thank you.
It would be super helpful if in the description you would say EXACTLY what protein powder , how much, etc.... so people don't have to scroll through the comments or play the video three times. No one has time for that these days. I love your channel and I made these tonight with some chocolate protein powder I had and they were delicious! Also,
This looks delicious! Perfect when craving desert in the morning and I can’t wait to try it! You have made it so easy for me to stick to this lifestyle and I am forever grateful 💕
Ghese are dry and tasteless…and the recipe is not accurate. Following it will give you a terribly thin watery mixture that is nowhere the consistency shown in the video. Buyer beware!
I have to try them, thank you Mayra for this easy recipe 😘😘!! I would add some sugar/cinnamon mix to it, just plain and simple 😊😊😇! Rainy greetings from Germany, Ela 🤗
Hi myra I want you to see kunal kapoors crunchy cabbage salad if u can make that in keto friendly way for us ... ill appreciate and thanks for your super healthy & tasty recipes
This looks so easy and delicious 😋 I’m going to make this for the family on Sunday. I also wanted to mention that I have been taking the Seed probiotics now for about a year and I am totally sold! I was so sick with bloating, digestion issues, malnutrition from absorption issues, and multiple food allergies from leaky gut. I can honestly say without a doubt Seed has helped all of those problems and I feel so much better. They are worth EVERY penny in my opinion.
Okay, I love your channel. Been a subbie for awhile but I need some advice though. I have a strong addiction to sugar and have tried everything to stop. Based on your focus of this channel do you have any suggestions on how I can use your recipes to help eat better? like a plan or something that you used? Thanks :)
you seem to have a carb tolerance. can you talk about transforming outside of your family habits? I did that at 12, and then in my generation there was the same banter and inspection trying to get you to ruin yurself
