I enjoy stinging nettle tea as well. I brew it with a mixture of other teas I like (berry/green/plantain) in a glass pitcher then refrigerate it to drink cold/iced. Thanks!

I love Home-grown and home made teas but I don't think I've ever done the nettle tea. I'll have to set up a little patch where it can grow wild without causing issues and try it. We made nettle and potato soup , years ago and that was good. Thank you for sharing lovely and enjoy your tea ❤
