A year and a half late to this song and almost 10 years late to this band, but Make Them Suffer might honestly be one of my favorite discoveries I've made on this channel from you guys in the community so far. The level of emotion mixed with solid vocals and music is incredible in this one.

Yes, widower from the deathcore era. My fave..so hauntingly brutal & unrelentingly powerful. Lyric video helps to follow the meaning of the song also.

Make them suffer will always have a special place in my heart, It was the first band that really got me into the whole metal scene. As others have said the whole album is amazing, Bones being one of my favorites with its groovy guitars.

My man! Glad to see you hopping back on them so soon. If you wanna stay on this album, I highly recommend “Bones” or “Soul Decay”. I’d say they’re heavier than this track, but still hit all the marks I think you’ll enjoy, newfound appreciation for lyrics included. Though I’d be lying if I said I don’t want you to check out their old stuff, like “Neverbloom” lol but I’ll be stoked regardless.

Damn Tank. I’m an emotionally stable person with no history of depression, but that ending gave me serious frisson and a few tears. There’s something powerful about a Sean’s very visceral screaming and intentionally writing the lyrics in the first person. It helps people like me connect with songs like this and is a great example of songwriting.

Ultra cool ! I only recently bought this album and I haven't had a chance to listen to it properly but I'm loving this ! Thanks for giving this Aussie band some love. Unfortunately a lot of Australian metal bands go totally unnoticed by the public here and even metalheads can totally miss out on finding out about new or even long established bands due to the lack of publicity. RU-vid is going some way towards changing this but I've often gone to gigs of Aussie bands that I've never heard of and thought, "Why have I never heard of these guys?" Cheers Tank.

The part near the end is my favorite. Since I discovered metalcore I've come to love the contrast between melodic and harsh sounds in a song, the heavy instruments and clean(ish) vocals get me every time. The lyrics are also important for me, while some of metal lyrics can be admittedly grim and ominous they can also help a lot because they can help with channeling your emotions, or simply letting you know that you are not the only one feeling something like that.

Holy shit, make them suffer is one of mine favorites bands of all time. I too, love the riffs from that band and Sean's vocals are one of my favorites. Like you said, what makes them unique is he can go from very low gutturals to high pitched screams. Never a dull moment. And a fun fact, for the first time in MTS history, Sean was using clean vocals. And he mothefucking nailed it. If you're really into the guitar stuff from that band i have to recommend either "Ether" or any song from their previous album like "Uncharted" or "Dead Plains" or "Grinding Teeth". My album of the decade. Anyhow, great video man, keep it up 💗
