I am really interested in doing this to my Challenger RT I just bought. I started by just contacting a few local window tinting shops to see if I can get it done professionally. However, this got me to thinking; have you ever had any legal issues with this tint? Obviously the light can still shine through the tint, but I'm curious if you've ever been pulled over for this? Or had issues passing a vehicle inspection? Thanks!

To the people who are not aware Front tint on the windshield can be a problem if you’re ever in an accident in CA. Someone hit me head on in my v6 and my insurance wouldn’t cover the damage even though they knew I wasn’t at fault since I had a dashcam. They said my front glass had tint and it could have cause me to not see the vehicle which is bullshit since the glass had the Lightest tint as possible. Apparently when you tint your front windshield if you’re ever in an accident it will be your fault because your “Veiw is Obstructed” according to what the poopoo👮🏻‍♂️ told me. Not sure who needs to hear this but now you know.
