The plaintiff used to live with the defendant, her ex, while they were together. The plaintiff claims the defendant kicked her out of their place, changed the locks, and stole her furniture, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff was emotionally abusive. As far as the furniture goes, the defendant says she told the plaintiff to pick up her things. Besides, most of the furniture belonged to the plaintiff's grandmother, and they bought other pieces together.
