Injeolmi Mugwort Glutinous Rice Donut [Korean Injeolmi Doughnut] - 19 pieces
Dough ingredients: 357g glutinous rice flour, 50g all-purpose flour, 20g mugwort powder, 60g sugar, 3g salt, 9g baking powder, 2g baking soda, 25g butter, 220g~240g water (100~150g when using wet)
Ingredients for bean paste: 570g whole red bean paste
3 tablespoons of soybean powder or injeolmi powder to cover the outside
