Recipe
250ml Lukewarm water. In here you add:
-7g Instant Yeast
-7g Sugar
350g Flour
-1/2 Tsp Salt
1st rest 1-2hours
then after pre-shaping, 10-15minutes
After shaping, 2nd resting should be 30-45minutes
Preheat your oven to max. My max was 250C.
Sprinkle water, you can splash some water with water in a bottom tray as well
