There are thousands of Thanksgiving videos on RU-vid, but this is one of the best by far. It is truly a hidden gem. Your beautiful family, the decor, the menu, the food prep, the bustling kitchen, the laughter and chatter, so many combined cuisines-It’s all truly remarkable. Even the background music and videography…this presentation sets a holiday mood like no other. Happy holidays to you and yours and to anyone watching.
My family is now with Jesus and I miss them so much. Cooking with my Mom and siblings was such a joy! You have a wonderful family and this video brought back such precious memories. The food looks spectacular and thank you so much for sharing❤️
Wow that’s amazing! You did enough cooking for not only Thanksgiving but Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s, Easter, 4th of July, etc. GREAT JOB!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Wowwwwwwww everything is so beautiful. I know you've put a lot of effort into putting this together for us and everything turned out just fantastic. Next year just put me on the invite list, I will wash the dishes, clean the kitchen and sample all the food for free. Totally enjoyed this video 🇹🇹
Thank you all for watching my video. This was a very difficult video to film and edit since I was the head chef, videographer, photographer and every thing else. I had to condense several hours of clips into the 47 mins here so I hope I was successful in sharing the magic of the day and the prep leading to it. Here are some of the recipes on this video, I am working feverishly to add the remainder for you before next Thanksgiving so thanks for your patience. I have been watching this video every year since I found it. Thanksgiving time... anytime...but I want if you have one...a recipe for the stuffing. I look at other RU-vidrs on stuffing... nobody else looks good as yours ..we Trini know how to cook 🙂.
My mom and I used to make everything the day of to feed about 40 family members at our place since I was 13. We did the American feast plus tamales, pozole and other Mexican food. However we are great at budgeting since we never spent more than $200 on all the ingredients. I don’t miss the cooking, I only miss those gone before us. So enjoy they’re company while they are here.
Your Thanksgiving dinner is so beautiful and your whole family. When your mother prayed I cried, it was so beautiful. May God bless yo and your families!
the best video so far in terms of content and videography. I had to watch in parts because i got tired with all the work you did, you and the other ladies are truly powerhouses.
Absolutely wonderful spread. Tons of work. Hope you weren't tired so that you can enjoy all those fabulous dishes. Enjoy your cooking videos. Thank you.

This was fun to watch. Bless your big family. Love how everyone pitched in to help I’m sure that made the process more enjoyable. Lol @ Mikey making pelau with frozen chicken 🤣🤣🤣
WOW 😳!!!! I would be dead. I can't say anything because I cook like that on Christmas Eve. I have always had Christmas Eve because my kids are grown and married. So they can go to their in-laws on Christmas. God bless you and your family.
Just discovered your channel tonight, been watching for hours, but this video take the cake. It's 4.20a.m. and I'm hungry watching this amazing set of dishes, give you a 10 plus, excellent chef you are, and your sweet. Mikey , proud to see him help you so much, blessings to you and your family. Hope you all are ok with the horrible virus, hitting New York so horrific, very, very sad, love from TORONTO CANADA, stay safe!
Amazing holiday dinner don’t ever think you know everything …because that will be the end of your cooking adventures.. l so much loved so many of your dishes and got some new fresh ideas….
Wow Ria, I want to come to your house for the holidays!! YUM!! Everything looks so amazing!! You and your family are so beautiful!! and I love the prayer! There is nobody that can bless us like Jesus!! Amen!! Stay blessed always
I enjoyed watching this, i found your Jamaican rice and peas video and I started watching one video after another and I am hooked I just can't stop watching you. Your are so satisfying to watch
Ria, I just thought of this; You must have an amazing COMPOST heap, with all the bits cleaned from veggies and fruits!!! When I moved to my farm, I started one, and my throw away trash was reduced by half!!! I never realized how much I was filling in my trash can, until I started composting! Anyway, your Thanksgiving spread was amazing!!! You certainly have energy to do so much! I make my sides 3-4 days ahead, and freeze them, then just focus on the turkey, cranberry, gravy, and appetizers on Thanksgiving day. I used to be exhausted doing it all the same day, even with tons of prepping beforehand... I wrapped my side dishes very tightly with waxed paper, cling wrap, then foil, and they taste as fresh as if I cooked them just on TG day!
The best part was watching and listening the entire Family and friends enjoying the whole process of preparing this great feast together! Congratulations and Happy Thanksgiving this year also!
This was an Amazing video..Praying for your family and every family in the world right now..I pray we can all have another wonderful Thanksgiving this year as we did in years of the past..Amen..

I know I’m very late to the party. I just discovered you looking for food ideas. I enjoy watching you cook such an enormous holiday meal. I can tell that your a very clean cook. I love cooking massive holiday and everyday feast. My problem is, no one appreciates it. The only time I get love is during the holidays so I just don’t bother anymore.
Wow!! It’s like Christmas came early! This vlog made me feel joyful and thankful! Yummy! Thank you Ria!! Favourite part is the family teasing each other and mummy’s prayers, love it!
And Amen to that! This was an awesome video. Made me so happy to see family together enjoying good food and good times. Everything looked delicious, I hope you had a blessed and happy Thanksgiving Ria 💛
Beautiful family beautiful food I really enjoyed watching this video❤️ that prayer at the end amen 🙏🏼 I’m pregnant and I’m craving thanksgiving food in April lol that’s why I’m watching this video on spring time
I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed this video! You are truly a blessed woman! I loved especially how you included the blessing of the food. I loved everything!! Such a heartwarming family! Btw, I literally laughed out loud when you corrected the guy who reminded you to get “that yogurt thing”, referring to the ricotta🤣! Reminds me soooo much of my in-laws.
RIA!!!!!!! You don’t how much I enjoyed this video!!! I love watching you prep and cook!!! This was an amazing spread!!! Not the same ole boring spread. Please do one for Christmas and Old Years Night!!! Girl You are Bomb and Boss!!! ❤️❤️❤️🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
I liked this entire video . I must say that my favorite part is when the lady prayed at the end and she said in Jesus name. Love, Relationship, Unity. That is the Blessing of God in Jesus name ,Amen!!!
Hi Ria I’m happy that your daughter came to look for you and your family I would like to wish her all the best in her studies to you and your family enjoy your weekend and stay safe bye.
Hiii new subbie here 💕 this spread was absolutely amazing! I’m just so impressed, I came across your video because I’m looking for ideas/food to add to my thanksgiving menu this year …. My fiancé says I’m starting way to early but he doesn’t understand us island women don’t play when it comes to food and presentation…. Thank you so much for sharing and for inspiring me to really step my game up this year 🙌🏾
This is truly amazing. Everything looks delicious and it took a lot of hard work I could imagine. Thanks for sharing with everyone and you are a great cook.
Wow! Totally impressed with everything on your video. Loved the outside scene. Made me smile. Definitely gonna try making some of your delicious recipes 😋 you make it look so easy. 😉
OMG! Everything looked absolutely delicious, I can only imagine the wonderful smell from all those dishes. Totally amazing how you made it look so effortless, that's off to you and all that helped.
You remind me of my father the way he used to be may God Rest his soul now I don't see nobody yet that can cook like my daddy 😥 but you did a wonderful job everything looks great the outcome is always excellent good job. God bless.. 🙏
I can truly say that I absolutely Love, Love, LOVED watching this video from beginning to end. What a pleasure! I loved watching the shopping for the food and the cute music. I think you did a great job with the filming and the beautiful closeup of the food. Your family is funny; I liked when your mom said about Al Pacino "Is he still alive with all that stress?" Haha! People should have a plate of food that they are eating when watching this video because otherwise their stomach will growl from watching that wonderful feast. Also, I prayed along with the beautiful prayer of thanksgiving that was said before everyone ate. I really, really enjoyed this video. Thanks so much for taking the time to make it and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
This is a meal that is prepared over an entire week and then consumed in less than 20 minutes. That is too much work for one family, most especially the cook. I used to do that, until I smartened up. Now I roast and carve the turkey, make the dressing and gravy. Everything else I delegate to others who are coming. I send out an email with the invitation and list the extras that are needed....mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, several different veggies and pies. I ask people to "Reply All" to let others know what they are bringing. Everyone pitches in and the host doesn't go nuts with all the work and the expense.
@@iplaywithfoodttmohammed99 its called helping! Its too much work for 1 person, you end up tired as hell & dont enjoy the holidays cause again you worked your ass off by yourself. Its not fair for that one person to cook on their own.
I can absolutely respect someone not wanting to do all the work or the majority of it, but I absolutely love to cook the whole meal myself! Instead of giving Christmas gifts (I hate shopping), I make all the holiday meals for my family. I look forward to it all year. An excuse to do nothing but cook for days? I LOVE IT. I only recently started lightening up and letting people bring something if they want to. But even if they didn’t, I’ve got it covered.
I certainly hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Your video was well made and very very helpful for anyone preparing a bountiful feast and celebrating our blessings.
Watching this makes me want to cry. Not a bad cry but a cry of, missing holiday dinners with so much family around. as a military brat I only got to experience that a handful of times in my lifetime because we were always moving. Edit: I forgot to ask as I was watching you prepare the food I noticed one of the pure rays you put together look like a Puerto Rican sofrito. Was it in fact a sofrito?
This vlog was so entertaining and delicious 🥰.....so much cooking! Those dishes look amazing♡ Looking forward to seeing more from your channel... Keep up the good work Lovely family, stay blessed 🙏
This is a feast to behold. Ria you are an amazing cook. I can’t wait to try some of your recipes. Thanks for sharing your food and family. 🙏🏽🙏🏽👩🏽🍳👏🏽👏🏽
Haha! 😂 Yeah that price tag is more like what I shovel out too. Whoever said the average price to cook a Thanksgiving dinner is under $100 needs to get their head examined. “One more spoonful of butter…. because it’s Thanksgiving” 😂 That’s right! Wow! This was fantastic! I love Thanksgiving & boy did you ever make one beautiful meal! Thank you for this!
