Would cut the top full circle to turn it into a lid? I have seen lids being created by completely closing the top, using tool similar to a flat screwdriver to create an indentation then cutting it. If possible, I would like to see how would you pursue it. As always, it's a treat to watch you. K

I have two apples and two pears that look exactly like this one. Only difference, someone used metal stems on them. Painted with earth tone folk art types colors and wiped with a light stain to give an antique look.

I love watching your video's i don't even do clay art but i just love watching them and your video's truly inspire me and make me want to make clay art and pottery!! :) Hopefully when i'm older. By the way this could be a tomato too if it had the leafs on the top but it does in some way resemble and apple probably should've added a leaf on the stem but hey i like it!!

Can you show us the rest of the process? The firing and the glazing. That apple will look more like an apple when given the red and green glaze.
