Honestly i was surprised you only had tens of thousands of subscribers, you combine being factual and telling us everything with the video being interesting, definitely keep up the good work. Just subed
Malaysian Airlines was my first airline too back in 1998 when I as four years old. I was utterly terrified and cried the entire time but I did get cookies from the lovely cabin crew.
I flew Business on the A330 with Malaysian airlines from KL to Adelaide last week and made sure I watched your review again beforehand. It was pretty fantastic and you were damn right about the satay. I had the mix of chicken and beef. 👌 The seat was perfect for me and the flat bed very comfy. Thanks for sharing your videos!
I like how you kept the video short and under 10 minutes and got straight to the point of talking about the seat and service. This format I find is a lot better compared to other people's trip reports where a large amount of time is spent on the take-off and landing portions of the flight making the video close to 20-30 minutes long.
Awesome concise review. Particularly appreciate the video and comment about leg room/foot cubby (e.g., how you couldn't move your knees while lying flat) - please keep this "feature" in all your flight reviews! And great job in post production and editing!
Agree completely with your comments , I flew to Taipei last week and was very impressed by the service .There wasn't an amenity kit on the short flight Spot on re Throne seats Dennis.I spent 13 hours in the Golden Lounge in transit and its a great lounge Their Nap room is excellent
Wow, great video and detailed informations. I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately my english isn't so good, that's why my German Flight Reports a quite longer. Congrats to 10k subs! Warm regards from Germany, Stefan
10K congrats, ✈ Every time I see that little "1" Icon beside your channel in the subscriptions section, I get a big moment of joy, Looked like a great flight, another great review too ✈
great video, I will fly with MH A330 in next June for Korea Trip. Your journey is really useful for me to get more information about the seat in MH's business class. Thank you again :)
My sister & I travelled from Tokyo to Kuala Lumpur with Malaysia Airlines A330 in business class last May 2017. The seating arrangement was similar to your flights shown in this video. I agree about the satay, they’re absolutely delicious! The crews were amazing and we had a great flight. Can’t wait for our next adventure! Amazing video btw, I loved every moment captured. It’s straight to the point & highlighting the most important contents. Good job & keep them coming! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Dennis. I had been scared to fly MAS but after watching this video, I tried their business class KL to Auckland and back again. Two fantastic flights, friendly friendly crew and delicious food and thanks to you I picked a great seat
Always a great pleasure to watch your reviews. Easily the most factual, charming, and succinct flight reviews out there. Any intention of travelling with Etihad in the near future?
Thanks! really appreciate the nice feedback. I flew Etihad A330 in business class recently and hope to have the review up in the next week. Still hoping to fly their first class one day!
Will be travelling on the A340-600 and 787 in business class next month. Looking forward to hearing your opinions on the hard product. The Residence is surely a dream for most of us!
Nice video and I really liked the lightning shots of the storm at the end. Also, did you just pull one of my signature moves with the crew while exiting the plane? Haha keep it up, looking forward to 2017! Andy
Hi Dennis. Our very first flight in J was with Malaysian many years ago and will always be remembered. Crew were lovely and our return flight to Aus after eight weeks in France happened to have the same crew, who remembered us and hugged us as we boarded. Real shame what happened to the company and pax subsequently. It will not deter us...perhaps the satahs have something to do with that, thanks for the special memory your presentation evoked. Keep flying and sharing!
Great video Dennis keep it up I am in Melbourne landed yesterday in the Emirates and as you suggested I enjoyed the business class experience thoroughly
I agree with you it's worth flying in business class just for the satays. On the A330 I would always recommend seat 2A, 5A and 7A, as they are against the window and have a little bit of a buffer from the aisle. Great video.
Hi Dennis. I have a day flight next month. HK to KL. Thanks to your video I have booked 4 K as only on for 4 hours and would rather have the work space. Loving your channel by the way
Great review covering all the important points with some good tips. I'm off to Langkawi tonight from Perth. We decided against the 2 adjoining seats and have selected 7a and 5a 😊 I'm excited about the satay sticks mostly 😁
One of the very good and quite informational flight review on RU-vid! A worth channel to subscribe to. Thanks for it! Does Malaysia Airline has First Class?
Great review! Agree with you that the satay is the best food in the air. I recall the legroom in bed mode in 1K is much better compared to the other throne seats because it's not being sandwiched between any paired seats in front.
Nice video. I recently sat in 4a on an overnight flight up to KL. I agree with most of your points about legroom when sleeping. One thing that annoyed me though was that when sitting upright my elbow kept bumping the seat controls to the left of me. It made eating my meal extremely frustrating!
iman chantiq Gud airline but long way to go against world class airline like Qatar ,Singapore and Cathy ,hope they will come back to their old glory days.
nice review Dennis, thank you. you are a year older than me, thats not right because I look alot older than you. the satay must be doing good ! keep these videos coming please, I really like your straight forward, no nonsense business like approach
Very detailed review, thanks! I'm especially grateful for the seat-comparison...now I know which one NOT to choose :-) But I have one question: are the seats wide enough for an overweight person?
I'm glad you had a good flight. About 2 years ago I flew buisness class Melbourne to KL with Malaysian airlines. It was a disaster! The departure lounge was unfriendly & tiered. I'm vegitarian and the food was boring and tasteless. Their signature satay was just vegetables on a skewer with no sauce. The toilet for the buisness class cabin was out of order and there were only 3 operational for the entire plain. I had to ask for everything I wanted; I'm not demanding by nature but apart from one flight attendant, they were serley & unfriendly. Thankfully the transit at KL was very good, it's a lovely airport. I put in a formal conplaint about the flight which was not responded to for a very long time. Their responce was quite curt and unapologetic. Needless to say, I've not flown with them again. A definate thunbs down from me, such a pity.
Great review as usual. Cool new intro, too. You never forget your first long haul flight, right? Mine was from AMS to JFK aboard a TWA L1011 Tristar in the mid-80s. At least Malaysian are still around and seem to be developing their product. I wonder what a today's TWA flight review would look like ; - )
