After seeing so many requests for this one, I decided to dig it out and see what I could do with it. First I'll say - the quality isn't great. It was copied in real time onto a DVD-R from a 40-year-old Betamax tape. Tape damage is occasionally apparent, especially during the first few minutes and the title cards, so please bear with it.
Mandrake was based on the classic pulp comic strip, 'Mandrake the Magician', and is surprisingly good considering the technological constraints of the era in which it was made. It has never been released on VHS or DVD, and it's highly unlikely it will ever be broadcast again. Despite the picture quality issues, this is quite possibly the only remaining copy in existence. It's certainly the only copy being streamed on the net at present. Enjoy!
