mapping out my 100km run route - I camped out in the Shawka hills to get an early start mapping out my first 100km ultra marathon route with my good friend.
I run in my Altra Lone Peak 4.5 ultra running trainers, my solamon 5l ultrarunning vest and head out to find a 25km loop which I can run 4 times to make up the full 100km run route.
It's only 6 weeks now until I try my first run further than 45km.... here goes!!!
