Yes it is, i like the workouts in this program and the mobility for sure, i just never like the models in the program videos but this is a great one to buy

What up MP! I’ve completed this program twice and I really want to try the new performance program. Question: the program says for DL “ideally w/ bands”. Can you explain your setup or make a vid on little things like this that are sprinkled throughout your programs? Ty!

How many reps should I do with the kettlebell shoulder press? What's the rest time between sets?

Try 4-6 reps with a controlled tempo and a 2:00 minute rest.

just bought Performance (thanks justin!), do the deadlifts need to be conventional? i typically pull sumo so im just not used to it

Those 2 exercises are not interchangeable. Conventional DLs are better for developing your back while sumos are better for you glutes. They recently made a video comparing them actually

Some of the exercises are done very differently (e.g. the strength row looks totally different on the paid). I would have thought this video is newer than the ones on the program as the program came out start of 2016

Most likely. Especially if it is different stimulus than you are used to.
