Maptun Leather Door Handle Install - A HUGE Upgrade! 

Oh Yeah! This is a must mod. My Aero needs these. Here the Australian sun kills our interiors and my door handles look pretty secondhand. I was going to respray them but replacement is easier. Thanks so much for the info. Cheers from Downunder.

I love those MapTune leather wrapped door handles. My 2003 9-3 is almost identical to yours down to the same paint color. The exception is I have the parchment leather with the launch edition parchment carpet. I'm planning to select the covers with the light color stitching. I'm hoping they get rear handle covers back in stock soon.

Great upgrade. My buddy just installed a set on his 06. I stripped mine and painted them color matched to the body(steel grey)

Had mine carbon wrapped as well as door tops and dash surround looks much better 🎉

Nice upgrade. I have wanted the steering wheel, door handles as well as strut brace for a while. However getting a right hand drive strut brace has been challenging as has the postage costs from Maptun for steering wheel and door handles. Oh well I will just need to get over myself if I want these upgrades.

Just got myself 2003 9-3 aero and the door handles on the outside are starting to fade and some of the paint is coming off so I was wondering if it’s a good idea to repaint the myself

Cool video as ever - I managed to get some replacement leather Hirsch handles and other interior leather trims from a low mileage Carlson that sadly was too far gone to fix - I got the leather dash too 😎 just a quick question- did you install the interior door lock / release switch on the passenger side of the 93 as I thought they just came on the drivers side 🤔 I might install one on my RHD vert - shouldn’t be too difficult- cheers - Steve - keep making those Saabs better 👌😎

I’ve been trying to get my hands on some of these things for over a year and still don’t have any! Swedish Motorsports never seems to get them back in stock and wouldn’t you know, Maptun is out as well.😒

They are about $60 for each door plus shipping, compared to $25 each for original cheap, but new ones. A little too expensive to justify.

I see they have the dash as well. Is that on your Wishlist?

I just looked at maptun site and did not find these handles listed.

I have a 9-3 Vector convertible 2007 original. Having trouble finding mods for it on maptun. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
