We are heading to Maracas Beach Trinidad but wanted something different from the usual quick Trinidad beakfast street food of allo pie or bake and salt fish or doubles. We are retired so we do not mind if the breakfast takes a little longer to prepare. We have the time to sit and enjoy the food and then go to the beach. So this weekday morning we are taking advantage of our retirement and going to Maracas Beach but only after having a leisurely breakfast meal. So we are enjoying our Trini life in retirement.
