Funny how Bobby and Cindy are trying to be nice to Marcia just to get on her good side so they can have free ice cream. Too bad for them that it didn't work, though. She was on to 'em!
The actor who owns the ice cream store is one of the two voice actors who was Fred Flintstone. If you listen close when he talks you can hear Fred Flintstone
....that's JEFF!!??? (0:48) ...I thought that was 70's era Rick Springfield sittin' on top of his HEAD! ..ha-HAA!! ....that Head of HAIR, whew.........
...something tells me Alice would've had a *WHOLE LOTTA LOVIN'* with Mr. Haskell, that's One GROOVY Dude! (2:23)...no WONDER why she's fighting '..rhapsody'! (2:41) ...ha-HAA! (2:59)
As young as Bobby & Cindy were, trying to bribe Marcia to get free ice cream for polishing her shoes. Didn't Marcia's boyfriend play some kind of marvel hero in the 70s?
Wow! Marcia dated both Spider -Man AND (DC) Captain Marvel! Michael Gray in this scene played Billy Batson in the mid 70's live action Shazam TV show and Nicholas Hammond from the "Oh my nose!" Episode was the first TV Spider-Man!
This is one of the few times I have ever seen women or girls polishing their shoes on TV. For some reason polishing shoes was always a man's job- the boys always used to try to get one of their brothers to polish their shoes for them.
