She just wanted to be loved...flaws and all. Most of this is rooted in her lack of stable parents, I’m convinced. Such a tragically beautiful woman who will forever remain #1 to me. She’s absolutely mesmerizing

+maryjhanep before she was an actress she worked as a stripper in a night club. When she learned her father (may be) related to Hollywod she tried to talk to him, asking help and he avoided her. Finally, surrendering to Hollywood dark side she worked "selling" her sexual services to gangsters and all sort of "movie sponsors". A friend of her heard from her being tired "working in my knees" most than standing up (disgusting).😪😪 If you really like to know about her life, research, have patience here in youtube, so you are going to find it and much more spooky medical experience (mind control) they have done with her! 😝😪

I love Marilyn and always will. She had many mental problems and I think it is amazing that she even made herself work at all. It wasn’t her fault. It was Hollywood and the way the stars were treated then. They were given pills and got addicted - which was something not known yet back then. The same thing happened to other stars, like Judy Garland. It wouldn’t happen today now that addictive drugs are more understood. She also had mental problems that could be treated today. I just feel so sad about what she went through. I hope I get to meet her in the afterlife....💋🤟🏼

I have always adored Marilyn. I love to watch her movies as well as documentaries about her. It seems that when she’s on screen I’m mesmerized. I’m not really sure what it is about her that so many find irresistible. Maybe the mix of vixen and innocence, maybe the imperfections make her perfect. She seems to be a constant IDOL for the world. Marilyn was gone before I was born but she is my favorite movie star ⭐️ 🌟 and I love her and always will. RIP sweet Marilyn

Marilyn lost a lot of weight for this picture. She worked out and toned up at age 36. She was no longer the dumb plump blonde of the 1950's. She was a 1960's hot, trim sex goddess. Unfortunately, her neurotic manias and insecurities continued to plague her and she was a no-show or showed up hours late on the movie set. Jane Russell said she used to take Marilyn's hand and lead her onto the set of Gentlemen Prefer Blonds while soothing Marilyn's fears of performing. "Come on baby, just take my hand, and let's go shoot this damn scene together. You can do it...just come with me".....and Marilyn would go with Jane, her motion picture mother. 'Too bad that Jane Russell was not there to mother Marilyn in this picture. Maybe Marilyn would still be with us today if Jane was there to babysit Marilyn. Today, in 2018, if Marilyn had lived, she would be 92 years old. But she wouldn't be a legend. Just a very elderly has been actress from the 1950's. Legends die young, and because of that they never grow old. Instead, they become immortal.

Many do not understand that severe depression can move in swiftly, uninvited but dark and painful and all consuming. Poor Marilyn had tried suicide on a couple (maybe more) occasions. She finally succeeded in ending her pain. Struggled most of her lift, and in spite of her beauty and talent...could not overcome her internal sadness....no strength left. Had a friend who seemed fine...joked, went out bought two pairs of trousers, had them fitted. Went home and shot himself.

And, I watch this FOX documentary, even tho it's full of lies, but just to see her lovely presence and wonder what could have been. Marilyn, the greatest star, the eternal star. We all love her so, still miss her so. God bless her. She was taken from us brutally by murder, hopefully someday the truth will be known.

The most beautiful woman living in the 20th century You had such a short and hard life, Norma Jean. GOD, the poor girl looks so TIRED here! She looks strained and drained...anyone can see how tired she was, after her years of alcohol and drug use. It's easy to see how she was so used to pills and booze that she could take GREAT AMOUNTS without feeling any effect. ANY normal person can see how she was like that. It's so sad that ALL she wanted to do was sleep and wound up taking WAY TOO MUCH of her booze and pills of choice that her body/liver couldn't keep up and she died of an overdose. How awfully, AWFULLY sad. She SOOO didn't want to do this film and wasn't ready by any means to do it..we can see it in her eyes here...so tragic.

She really was beautiful. I mean look at her face. Even without the old time glamorous make up, she really was beautiful. I like that she used to be bigger too. I think I heard once she was a size 14? Or maybe a 12? Anyway, what ever size she was, it was perfect for her. These skinny stars today make me worry that they have eating disorders. But, Marilyn really was a true beauty.

Dio Rex- were YOU even ALIVE back in 1962 when Marilyn Monroe DIED? The poor girl obviously was Bipolar, suffering from bouts of depression. As I understand it, she was very insecure and never felt loved. How can you sit in such smug judgement of her?
@Nina5144
@Nina5144 8 лет назад
Not bipolar, just a sad lonely person who mixed up her mind with booze and pills. Sad she had no one to turn to, but she had become a liability with her poor acting, forgetting lines, not turning up for filming and keeping everyone waiting. The film industry had had enough and, eventually, so had she. Very sad.

@mplum4796
@mplum4796 6 лет назад
She wasn't murdered as ANY educated person with a graduate or doctorate degree can attest to. Only someone DUMB would think it was murder...ANYBODY who knows anything about the human body and how it responds to EXCESSIVE amounts of alcohol and drugs can see she accidentally overdosed. She WASN'T murdered, OBVIOUSLY, nor did she commit suicide...and only somebody STUPID would think there was a cover up of ANY kind...nobody covered anything up...just like PAUL WALKER, or ROBIN WILLIAMS, or MICHAEL JACKSON, she died unexpectedly, but not because of a MURDER...that's just dumb to think that. CLEARLY no intelligent person would think she was anyone, or had DONE anything worthy of being "bumped off"!
