When I was 17 I turned down a chance to play Professional Rugby overseas with the All-Blacks, Messier and I have the same Heritage and middle Name, met him and his cursed Porsch ,I had my hand on it physically ...and I partied /water skied at Wizard Lake(Ski Natique) with Mark and Kevin and Glenn and with lots of core guys from the Dynasty Team. Hes got those same 2 dam big tendons in his neck that wont go away,he needs to work on it in the gym because one sides shrinking and getting atrophied, shoulder/back/hip issues I had em all to, took 2-3 years to get things balanced again. Now both my tendons look the same. Genetics are a big part of being a Special Monkey.Come on Mark Douglas, you are looking great, you can do it.When I was in my late teens my nickname was Chicken-Legs but because my thighs were massive, I was running 4.5-4.6 40 yard sprints @ 180lbs. and when I saw Mark Messier water ski past me on the beach I myself was awestruck by the size of his arms and legs, he was a beast as a young man. Keep on keeping on Mess.

Watching this on the morning of Game Six (May 15th, 2024) with the Rangers playing Carolina tonight. Do not know how this series will end but would love to hear Trouba say that we will win tonight. The circumstance is so similar as to what happened in 1994.

Classic Ranger scenario…employing aging HOFers, who made their reputations & legends with other franchises, attaching them to their own. As a former Oiler Dynasty season ticket holder who was at our 1st Stanley Cup game, 40 years ago, May 19, 1984…when we dethroned the great, NY Islanders. I was literally standing between both team’s player benches, at center ice, when Mess won the Conn Smithe Trophy as playoff MVP…his father, Doug sat in the lower bowl section to the left of mine, during those years. You won your ONLY Cup victory in over 50 years, due to Sather & those 7 NY Oilers! Messier won 5 of his 6 Cups as an Oiler, Edmonton’s where he was born & raised, but you can keep pretending. Homework time for the neophytes & ignorant. 🇨🇦
