And he didn't even realize when the administrator moved on him, quite smooth--I see why they made him their "chief judge." He is wasting time, he is charged with a capital offense--one that is a crime in any jurisdiction. It doesn't matter if it's an Article 1 or an Article 3 court. If he is successful, they would only do it again, properly this time. They'd just gather a grand jury like they are supposed to and deliver him an indictment, the People vs. Markieth Lloyd; instead of a public (tax) charge--the Corporate STATE V MARKIETH LLOYD. I'm just surprised that he knows the difference, 98% of U.S. CITIZENS do not. Maybe he is creating a headache, for the unlawful assault and battery on him by the "Police"--that go un-indicted. His best chance is proving that it was all in self-defense, as he has asserted prior--otherwise, taking life is abhorrent.
Unless Loyd's own legal research involved painting by numbers and joining the dots, his ability to prepare and represent himself at his own trial would be extremely limited.

The SRT or Special Response Team are a highly secure group that displays the fact that Loyd is a very unhinged person that replaces the normal court room security team. He is going to the Gurney without a shadow of a doubt and he deserves it. His Calendar is going to be full for the next year or so.
I think he is "acting" like this because he wants to appear insane. This judge knows there is no way in hell that Loyd can defend himself. Judge Lauten has given him every opportunity to have an attorney appointed to him. I say let him defend himself because that's a ticket straight to the death penalty.
I hate to tell you all but mr. Lord knows what he's doing and so does the judge and the district attorney. The issue is you all don't know what he is doing even though the judge just told you all they have seen this before and he is a sovereign. What mr. Lloyd said about being a person is true and the courtroom knows it's true about slavery. Again the issue is you all don't know about the wool being pulled over your eyes with the prison Complex. the issue of the court is having along with the district attorney is they cannot charge him until he accept the charges or what is known as understand which means to stand under the charges. That's why he will not answer.

@Richard Martin- Lets say, just for shits and giggles, that this whole sovereign citizen thing is true, that you and this asshat and all the other people who believe it it are right, but all the judges and court systems in every city, state, and federal court along with the prosecutors and police and prisons are all wrong. OK, now what. Those are the people who catch and arrest people like Loyd, then put them in jail, prosecute them, issue rulings, issue sentences, and incarcerate. Since a so-called sovereign person would have to serve the sentence given by this "erroneous system" wtf good would it do anyone even if somehow they are right? None. A person would still have to serve the sentence handed him so that is all that matters.

Legal question. If the judge can enter a plea of not guilty (when the defendant doesn't answer) why can't the judge enter a plea of guilty? and just get it over with.
The judge simply wants to play the court game fully with a lawyer on his level, it will be harder for the court game to be played if he defends himself, if the system wants something then do the opposite!
If the Judge didn't drink before this case, I think he may be having a drink or two or more after these proceedings. All kidding aside, it's so sad that the defendant has destroyed so many lives, including his own.
Save us all a lot of trouble... Take him back to his cell, lock the door, and ignore him for about the next 20 days. No matter the pleas he makes, no matter the ruckus, no matter the smell. He refuses to answer the court's questions, let corrections refuse to answer him...

I just watched this after watching days worth of the Darrell Brooks case. Both defendants had similar attitudes and express similar complaints in court. 🤔
