Wow this guy can walk up and shoot you but its' too traumatic to watch the life saving measures taken? Seeing that overrides probative value? I surely think it's traumatic to be shot in the first place. Especially for the young man who was shot 3 times. Get real. This is this guy's handiwork. This is what he did. Too much on feelings.
What was the altercation that led to the shooting and what happened during the altercation??? We knw people were shot but the details of HOW it happened is most important. The state just trying to pull emotional cords of the jury...

@sonya young Everyone has a right to a defense but if their defense is deceptive victim blaming of the innocent for their clients’ crimes and criminal behavior, they’re a PoS too! It’s emotional evidence tampering of jurors in an effort to free a killer back into society, putting someone else’s daughters, sons, unborn children and police officers at imminent risk of death. That’s what should cause him to sleep uneasy every night. Fear of child support, fear of being punched in the face for cheating on his sister and fear of going to jail after committing murder is not self defense. Only ONE of them committed crimes, his client, yet he chooses to be an enabler and accessory after the fact for a cold blooded murderer. They are not legally obligated to put on a false defense, they immorally choose to.
What I don’t get is how the accused being a cop killer amd multiple others including an unborn child … how he’s on trial and isn’t hand cuffed ? He made bond or they don’t think a accused multiple murderer who ran and killed police as well is sitting there with no restraints… no security risk? Don’t understand
When a prisoner goes to trial , they can't be in handcuffs of prison clothes , that gives the impression that they are a criminal and are guilty , so they have him shackles that can't be seen by the jury.
Guy: gives the description, name, car etc.. Cop: do you guys know who they were? Me: 🙄 Cop: "Where are the people that got shot?" Me: 😮 Guy: "They're on the floor.... Are you serious?" The cop is ridiculous.
