As an overachiever with social anxiety, I really feel represented by Tyler in these Markiplier makes episodes. Him completely zoned out working meticulously on this small task that, in the grand scheme of things, isn’t that important while Mark and Ethan goof off and die laughing is such a mood

Ethan doesnt have to feel bad about himself cuz me and a few friends got drunk toghether and decided we needed to make pizza. We put milk into the dough. We made enough dough to feed a whole ass family. We made the sauce by squeezing out tomatoes and throwing some spices in that we found in a cabinet. We ate the whole thing and miraculously survived.

How to make Ethan's crusty pizza: Yeast. Water. Tablespoon ish? handful of flour. All finger pinch of sugar. Pinch ish of salt Another handful of flour. Take out of bowl. Handful of flour (again) Kneed the dough. Tablespoon of olive oil. Be ashamed of your pizza, and hide it in flour ~ Make into ball. Lay down flat Add around a couple tablespoons of olive oil. Small amount of pizza sauce (pat in) Cheese. Four pineapple (per slice) Weird ham in between pineapple. Eat some pineapple ~ Cook Cut into four pieces. Enjoy the crusty pizza

Ethan’s recipe Ingredients: Yeast 1 packet Flour 2 handfuls Olive oil Salt Water 4 pieces of fresh pineapple Pieces of ham with holes Tomato sauce Mozzarella cheese Steps: [Making the dough] Put yeast in bowl Put tiny cup of olive oil Add some lukewarm water Put flour next Add a pinch of salt Mix without making moaning sounds Take dough out and spread a handful of flour on it Gently tap the dough instead of kneading it for about 1 minute Add an unreasonable amount of olive oil before the 5 minute preparation is done Let the dough prove for about 30 minutes. [Adding toppings to pizza] Continue to tap on the dough while adding flour to the top of it Roll the dough up into a ball and toss it between both your hands Reform dough back into a circle Get a tray and flour it up (don’t ask why) Place your dough semi center to the tray Glaze the surface of the dough with more olive oil for some unknown reason while talking about normal family dinners Add 4-5 drips of tomato sauce and glaze the top of your pizza Add 2 pinches of cheese, make sure you can still see more sauce than cheese Add 4 pieces of fresh pineapple Add several pieces of ham with holes [Final steps] Put pizza into oven and let it cook until crust is semi golden and has burned flour and cheese on the sides. Today, I baked my own pizza, it it was delicious. The crust was a bit thin and flour-y, but still good. I put a little garlic spread on the crust, but I should have just left it out. I put creole seasoning and red pepper flakes in it, and that was really good. The crust wasn’t a circle, though, it looked more like Ireland than an ellipse. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had though, partially because I made it myself. I am also legally a Lord, so that makes me Lord Rando the Pizza Maker. I made another today. The dough was still pretty flour-y, but this time it was too thick. Still really good, though.
