The 2023 Maruti Fronx not only looks good, it comes with a 100 bhp turbocharged petrol engine mated to an optional 6-speed torque converter AT. The suspension too is tuned for dynamics. I have this FRONX Alpha Automatic for the last 4 months. It is simply terrific. The engine is so smooth and powerful that we don't have to use the paddle shifters. Great drive, great city and highway fuel economy with almost negligible body roll. Great car.

I live in Barbados, and the Fronx just arrive at the dealer, 1 GL and 1 GLX. I test drive the GLX and very impressed with all the features and ride.However, would have love for various interior colors on the seats and sides, sunroof option and multiply style rims to choose, and a 1600 cc version in the near future for more torque and power

Why would anyone go for the Baleno if the price difference is not very much ? The car looks good, no doubt, but at 13L EXSD, well, I guess a 3pot 1L dosen't sound so good. The Baleno is known to be an unsafe platform like most Marutis, which is the second NO factor in owning this car. No wonder it is spirited (feather weight) and fuel efficient (1L TP). Its sales figures speak a lot about the pricing. COmpare this with the Grand Vitara, a runaway success for Maruti and you can decipher what value for money actually means. This 3 cylinder boosterjet engine is actually more refined and responsive that the 1.0 litre 3 cylinder turbo engines of hyundai and VW. Even though it's based on Baleno, the sheet metal used is thicker than Baleno and slightly thicker than Grand Vitara as well. It's not featherweight. The turbo models weight 1030-1060 kgs and it's competitors like magnite, kiger also have similar kerb weight. Fronx is consistently selling 11k-12k units monthly but only 10% of it us the turbo models.

Test drove it today, I found the seats soft nd a bit deep!! Engine is a gem👌.... Only thing that the gear shifts even in manual mode aren't that fast enough, when ur Acclerating thru the first 3 gears, the revs drop quite a lot, it took away from the fun factor. Otherwise, overall a great car. Which car according to u has faster shift times?? Apart from the dsg equipped ones.

@@nagarajsharath7477 I have taken test drive of FRONX Turbo, Venue N line, I 30 N line, XL 6. All of them were automatic. None of these cars could match the turbo engine of FRONX. The venue has a big boot but the Venue has sacrificed the leg space of the rear Fronx turbo ha Torque converter, which is used by 95% cars in the US. Venue and I 320 don't use a Torque converter, the most reliable automatic transmission. Venue and I 20 give a very poor average, when compared to Fronx Alpha Automatic. Take a test drive of FRONX turbo and Venue, the difference is very evident.

I have odered the GLX model, but the list here in Barbados is quite long so unfortunately I will only get mine in May, 2024, however, with such a beautiful car the wait is worthwhile
