Hi Noel, About the sperm count question- I can actually answer it! One of the leading scientists about sperm count in the world is my uncle, Hagai Levine. He was the one who published the original paper who found out about the worrying trend. What he did is cross examine hundreds of papers about sperm quality in men from over the years, and statistically analyze the average sperm count over the years given different factors. It is a very real and worrisome thing, and is not fueled by right winged masculinity panic. It is more likely due to stress in the modern world and micro plastics, but they don’t know for sure yet.

It can start from a number of things, but for me it was from a tumor in my brain that shut down a lot of Testosterone production and amped up the estrogen to extreme levels. My husband has moobs, which he is somewhat self-conscious about, but that doesn’t slow him down. He’s the most outgoing, charismatic, masculine guy I’ve ever met…not to mention, once he got out of high school he was a major lady’s man, with women throwing it his way left and right, until eventually he settled down around 25-26. We met when we’re both 26, were friends for a couple years and inevitably married after a short courtship/engagement when we were both 28. We’ve been together for 7 years now, and he’s still the most amazing and charismatic man I’ve ever known and always brightens and livens up any room he’s in with his magnetic energy & personality. I wouldn’t trade him for any so-called alpha male, because in my opinion he’s what a real alpha should be…a leader of the home, a provider, chivalrous, caring, uncondionally loving, and protective.
