Yes! Please do a video on more mason jar recipes, Kayla. This is brilliant and I saw it right on time too. I was recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes and my doctor wants me to limit sugar and carbs. I’ve been stumped on figuring out this entirely new way of eating.

I am actually thinking of making pickled red onions to use in the salads instead, I can't do raw onions at work lol. Next week I will try the loaded burger bowl salad.

Question have you tried using using the vacuum sealer on the jars and will that make it last longer or does that just kind of ruin the whole salad?
