My admiration for the Ukrainians who had to deal with last February's destruction of the Kharkov dam is increasing.

everytime that kind of disaster happens in europe, other countries unite and help each other - in flood and in fire. In russia there is noone to come and help. They have chosen their own path of being crippled and alone. It's sad that many normal people are left like that being in danger.
