Please advise me, how can we eat 'WHEAT BRAN'..? can we eat it straightly from the packet or should we soak it overnight with the oats and then take it.. I'm really confused?? Please advise me as soon as possible..so I take maximum benefit out of it.. I'm using BAGGARY WHEAT BRAN..

Guru it'd be really nice if you make a video comparing the 30 gram scoop we get with whey with the cup you use for measuring oats. Here in India we do not get this measuring cup even with quakr.
