I install LED rear lights and a tool box on my Massey Ferguson GC1710. No drilling in tractor required. I also show you where to tap in already supplied power to the rear.

How's she goin'? Nice job on the light install and the tool box is going to be great too!!! It makes it easy to wire the lights with the factory power line at the back of the tractor eh!!! The lights are really bright!!! Take care!!

yes was very simple! I hate drilling into my stuff and tapping into wires lol. This was so much better, one of the simplier installs for sure! Got my tire chains and spacers now too! Havent installed the spacers yet so only did the right side. Just got the new lug bolts the other day, so that will be the next little project! I cant wait, just one tire chain was such a difference! Your video really convinced me to get the diamond chains! So thank you, so glad i did!

I picked up a 22” LED bar for use with my backhoe; it’s mounted to the ROPS with some 90lb “cup” magnets and a zip-tie for extra security (having had the magnets pop loose once when the hoe slipped on a rock and jerked the tractor... fortunately my head was only an inch away from the light bar, so it didn’t have much distance to fall before smacking me). Works great. I’ve also just picked up a 4-pack of those small pods like you got; and I’m going to mount them to the sun-shade (which is a bolt-on that mounts to the ROPS; so even though I’m going to be drilling holes they won’t be in the tractor itself).

The ROPS are a great place for a nice light bar! I park my tractor in my garage every time I use it, so it was annoying as I dont fit with the ROPS up. The ROPS also just flop over on the back hoe or whatever attachment is there. Just from driving in and out of the garage my back hoe was getting all scratched up. I wish they only folded half way over like John Deeres. I have seen a few Massey guys have modified theres so they dont drop all the way down when folded, i might do this just yet! I do love having no ROPS though, way less hassle

According to the documentation on my GC1723EB; that’s an auxiliary power connection provided by the factory for aftermarket equipment.

yes , if you got the 1725 it powers their factory rear light is my understanding.
