Thursday, March 19, 2020 - 25 YEARS OF OSTERIA FRANCESCANA - this was the anniversary of our opening back in 1995. For this special occasion, we dedicated this night to Leftovers and memories! We slowly realized how many small things were left from our previous KQ episodes and decided to clean the fridge and make something new. Leftovers should not just be heated up - they have the potential of becoming something completely new and delicious!
Giovedì, 19 Marzo 2020 - 25esimo ANNIVERSARIO DI OSTERIA FRANCESCANA - Abbiamo aperto proprio il 19 marzo 1995, ma quest’anno siamo stati costretti a festeggiare in modo un po’ inusuale. Abbiamo voluto dedicare la serata ai nostri ricordi più belli ma anche agli avanzi settimanali! Ci siamo accorti di quante piccole delizie fossero avanzate dalle serate precedenti, e così abbiamo pensato di dare loro una seconda possibilità. É importantissimo ricordare sempre che il cibo avanzato può esprimere il meglio di sé se usato per creare qualcosa di completamente nuovo e ancora più delizioso!
