It's time for a MASSIVE Trader Joe's haul!! We were out of pretty much everything so this haul includes our staples for our fridge, freezer and our pantry!
You'll see in this video that 80% of the foods that I got are healthy, nutrient dense foods from the earth. This means lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains and things like that. I also want you to see that you can incorporate things like cereal, dark chocolate peanut butter cups and cookies, too. Do NOT restrict yourself, fam!
