The easiest way to add rows and columns, in my opinion, is to select a cell adjacent to where you want a new row or column, and press OPTION + Arrow. It will instantly add it in the direction of the arrow you choose.

Thanks for a great video - how do I share and work in the same document with partners? I would love to be able to co - work as in the notes - is it possible in numbers?

it is fancy spreadsheet but it to slow compare to ms in M1 mac

While I agree that Excel is faster, especially with bigger tables, I mostly had speed problems by importing Excel tables, which often came down to design problems (i.e. circular references or broken references in calculated fields). But I agree, if you are a serious number cruncher (mostly in a business scenario) Excel is your choice.
