Thanks for the demonstration! 🤜🥋🤛 I use some of these techniques -- but definitely found some new wrinkles to add to my virtual MMA game 😅 I'm a little long in the tooth to be starting the real journey but when I'm less poor I'd like to practice Kajukenbo. Briefly 'practiced' Aikido as a kid but that's not sayin' much (Steven Segal😳) Do you have any experience sparring with or insights into Kajukenbo practitioners you might share?
