Some people say that don't think too much about salary in initial stage of career and focus on hitting the company's goal, increasing revenue and saving time in projects so after achieving these things what's the next steps to double or triple down our salary ? Is negotiating the only way .. how it all works..
@mohibquadri4053, in general, both! Meaning you negotiate a good salary going into the job even if it is entry level AND you work super hard to achieve fantastic results yielding quick promotions and pay raises. Remember once you are there, doubling and tripling salary in a short period of time will be challenging!
Hey Jeff, sorry I missed your live session yesterday. I'm done with 2 rounds of interview, both were mostly related to GCA and RRK, my last round was with Skip Level manager. Now, I'm left with two more rounds and per recruiter, 3rd round will be G&L and last one again GCA and RRK with the hiring manager. Any suggestions, like multiple rounds on GCA and RRK not sure why but I'm prepared. Thanks for your great videos, they're very helpful.
@imprem_prakash, so typically, one of the reasons why the hiring manager interview is a hybrid interview is because they really cover what is needed to be successful in the role, it's mostly an RRK interview, they say GCA too because they might throw a tough problem-solving hypothetical question at you! Remember to build a strong rapport with the HM and ask them questions about them at the end of the interview. What do you love about Google, your job, the team, etc. Good luck!
