2. Add eggs in portions and beat until soft and smooth
3. Sift the matcha powder, add light cream in portions, and mix until there is no powder
4. Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix, sieve the batter, and pour it into the mold
5. Bake at 220°C for 30 minutes, if the color is not enough, bake at 230°C for 5-10 minutes
