And then there's what they write on " field contact " , reports , They write it all down , times , dates ,things you said , or more often never said , during a traffic or pedestrian stop , And a huge amount of problems can be caused years later ....If one doesn't like you , the report can get the next one not to ,and so on ,

@@keytothegate8443 because this is Australia. The things you see on TV are in America. In Australia a warrant does not need to be present at the site of an opportune arrest. It does need to be presented to the person at the local police station. If it is not then the police open themselves up to prosecution for unlawful arrest which carries severe repercussions so they aren't going to just make stuff up. Blake is lying about being unaware of his court appearance and has a history of lying in his videos. I'm prepared to believe, given his infantile grasp of Australian law as he too seem to think he lives in the US, that he may have been unaware that failure to appear would result in the issue of a warrant for his arrest but given his history it could hardly have come as a surprise.
