"I had a hole in my second favorite drinking arm and the only way we were likely to get Fabiana back now was in instalments. Whoever our uninvited guests were, I was about done playing soldiers."
This game is truly a modern masterpiece. ... I don't understand the hate it gets ... Great story and characters... Amazing gameplay... And a legendary soundtrack!
Recht_voor_zijn_raap I wouldn't say underrated but forgotten way too quickly, honestly it's one of the best gritty and adult game narratives ever made. Never gonna forget the first time I heard these tracks
Max Payne 3 brings a lot to the table. The story was a little bit hokey and awkward but the multiplayer + social club is where I see it failed the hardest.
I love this game too, the only problem I have with it is how arcade-y the gameplay is and it is really straightforward, it doesn't have that freedom feel to it like in the previous games
I have literally played it 7-8 times. Never got a chance to play the multiplayer (RIP). I just got a 1660 Ti and can (wait for it) Max it out now at 60fps. Goddamn. What a gem. Never have I loved a game series so much. I ripped the sound and stems using OpenIV a long time ago.
+@@lewisofthehoood+ Oh I did; the problem was the game seemed to not count it as a one shot if any bullets struck an enemy weapon and passed through to get a kill and I wasn't good enough at the time to get all headshots in the timeframe to avoid that issue.
I swear to god I love this game so much...dark gritty story and amazing soundtrack, has to be one of the most underrated games ever. A relatable main character for once in a game with bad depression and ptsd
@@TheBoxNasty black ops 1 Is similar. Mason the main character has PTSD and Is brainwashed. After his friends were KIA he went on a rampage. The plot Is brutal too but Its more action orieanted.
“Pasos had done a good job with the bandages, and an even better job with the pills. I couldn’t feel my arm anymore. I couldn’t feel much of anything. Which was the way I liked it.”
Sukha Singh I spent a solid week grinding this out, every little mistake I made frustrated me, having to switch the discs each time only to get killed by a molotov in the first mission of the 2nd disc. Then getting to the airport only to fail at killing Becker. And then after more grinding, I failed to destroy the airplane because I forgot you could use quick time during that sequence. Much frustration, followed by that sweet success and an extra 10G. Well worth knowing I have truly beaten that game.
@@engineergaming4374 sorry ... ok ... R* Vancouver "CANADA" Is the one who make real games: BULLY _ RDR1_RDR2_ MP3 ... IT IS BECAUSE CANADA IS THE ONE WHO CAN DO IT... FOR EXEMPLE: UBISOFT FROM MONTREAL/ TORONTO
I didn't feel like I understood Max's background until this music started playing alongside what went down in that stadium. It just clicked for me and I processed what Max really lost.
I wonder why 3:22 - 8:21 wasn't released on the official OST? It's awesome. Thanks for uploading this, I totally forgot that there were unreleased tracks.
Was the soundtrack considered a Health Album? Probably not, but if it was l, this song wasn't made by Health. I also think it was a late introduction to the game, missing the window necessary to be included in the OST. It's funny cuz this level is what first opened my ears to the genius within the game's masterfully crafted soundtrack...........and it wasn't even on it. 😐
Still play this game. The gore is on point. I love seeing the bullet holes. Story is on point! Overall just a fucking 10/10. Can’t wait for a new one..
I love the gore in this game, the think Rockstar beats Ubisoft in, and does it very good Why did I drag Ubisoft into this? Because gore in their game is so lacking that overall PEGI should be at 12+
