Mayfield at the Capitol is a cozy dining experience prepared by Chef Madalyn Martinsen, a Hollidaysburg native. The historic Capitol Hotel dates back to the late 1800s. They still use a dumbwaiter to deliver food from the upstairs kitchen to the downstairs Pipe Room bar.
