At 11:35 I am amazed beyond words and went like “aaaaa!”. Every pose has mechanics, you just need to disamble it into steps and construct it back to get into it.

Got as far as 14:27. Need more work to get to the final part but I'm so happy I was able to do something like this. Never did that before. Great video.
