Fantastic teaching of the purest form of yoga. This asana should be the staple for all of us who use the computer and the mobile phone the whole day. Even an attempt to do it relaxes the upper back and neck and makes one feel good.
Hi Carrie, Your vidoes are an inspiration and so useful to me as a yoga teacher and as a student.
