I quickly realized I want the sp23 model if anything. Not sure what the Canadian model names are, but yeah 07 Sp23 BK II series I think would be best, the turbo versions instantly double in price and I'm in my 30s, I ain't trying to impress or race anyone, they're fun enough as they are. Looking at your videos, any way to categorize them? Like mod list videos, custom options (touch screen, exhaust, air pod? Intake?) I missed the late teen stupidity phase but I'm not beyond some reasonable tweaks to be happy for the next 3 years

@@lament3d yeah it was the window motor , so the window motors have plastic teeth and they cracked and fell apart causing the window to grind and not work as it was missing teeth, simple fix , i took door card off and replaced the window motor and it was done , ofc you can replace the entire thing but however i just needed the motor itself not the entire regulator and tracks

You'll have to get a bunge welded on

Cold air is better low end power, while short ram is better high end. Experience with both. I also believe short ram gets better mileage if i'm not mistaken. Cold air's might soak up water and risk hydroblocking, short rams will heat soak.

If it's unbranded, you'll most likely run into CEL's

It'll heat soak and you won't any power out of it unless you tune the car.

I've heard its reccomended to have the vehicle retuned as it is pushing colder air but it's always good to do some googling and research

I installed a short ram on mine and I cleaned the MAF sensor and it’s throwing codes and I have a specter filter. Got any tips?

Oh and also doesn’t the stock air filter resonator give you more torque? Or is that fake?

@@ColtonRichter The second person that you bought the intake that year was his car because there is one on eBay but I want the same short one but the short one is for Mazda 2010

@@edwardmorales5549 As long is it's for your motor size it should work, from 04-13 the 2.0's were the same motor.
