McDonald’s Changed The Big Mac? 

I don’t know what changed it, but the flavor changed.. I don’t hate it but definitely prefer the way it used to be

The Big Mac in the 1970s was literally twice the size of today's Big Mac.....and they have the NERVE to introduce the "Mac Junior"......

The new Big Macs fall apart. The buns taste strange. By the time your half way through it, it self destructive. Also cost 10$

These never have enough sauce, the patties are way too thin.

Why can they never get the cheese actually on the burger? It always misses 1/3 of the meat. On the rare occasion I get a Big Mac I take the middle bun out.

You can’t make it small and charge more. I love Big Mac but I won’t buy another one. Ever. I’m sick of getting less for more at restaurants and fast food chains.

A few weeks ago they released the Mac Family burgers. They have the Grand Big Mac which is the size of the Big Macs they used to sell in the 1980's. I couldn't finish it. The Big Macs we have have shrunk to it present size since 2000's (in which I can finish eating).

Taking the cheese off the top I believe is part of the new big mac. I honestly cant tell the dif between the old and new otherwise. I love big macs, always have. changes are so minimal who would notice though

I don't know I've tried double cheeseburgers and McDoubles with only Big Mac sauce, lettuce and pickles and it doesn't taste the same

The big mac is supposed to have 90 grams (3.2 oz) of patty in total. I'd say it classifies as a sandwich with beef rather than a burger.

I don't eat at fast food restaurant all the time !! Everything is in moderation. Home cook food are more healthier

I’ve never had a Big Mac in my life and I don’t plan to. Great video! I’ve also not had a McDonalds burger in a lot of years. There are just so many better options, I don’t know why they’re so popular.

Now you need to do a video along the lines of... "I Made My Own Big Mac..." or "I Made a Better Big Mac!" or (To keep it alive) "Made a $2 Big Mac Meal" (Homemade Pop and Fries included) If you could manage to make a Big Mac combo of burger, fries, and drink for around $2 would be impressive and probably get a lot of attention, but the end product still needs to be recognizable as a Big Mac ish done in your own style.

In the Maryland area they're doing the double Big Mac and it is phenomenal. I stopped going to McDonald's and I just tried it it was like a relapse. I mean really good.

I thought the overall taste was better. More sauce was def better. The cheese was still cold when I got mine.

The QP used to be my goto McD's burger until they went to unfrozen patties. Now they don't taste as good as they used to. So it's Big Mac for me.

hi. i worked at my local macdonalds a bit ago. I mostly did the grill job, as nobody enjoyed getting burned so much lol. I can tell you 6 patties insdead of 8 is a pain in the a$$. The meat timer is 15-20min, once you take them out. It's also why the meat is so dry, most of the time. When you take them off the grill, you basically squish them to drain the excess juice, as there's a lot of it. You put them in a long plastic drawer and into a timed heater. all of the juice just evaporates, by the time you're using it. Such a horrible system they had. I had to try my best to minimize the waste and also have meat ready ALL THE TIME...

I have never been a fan of fast food myself, but I occasionally get a craving for something from one of those places every so often. Afterwards, there is usually quite a bit of regret. The best Burger Kings to go to from what I can find and through experience go to the small very small tight Burger King's because due to space they don't have very much room to store anything meaning frozen meat, buns, empty cups etc and they have to constantly keep making fresh food due to lack of storage. Usually the small Burger Kings the food is always hot and fresh

I don't get why the big mac even exists when you have the quarter pounder. Big mac is just two tiny happy meal patties. If you find the second bun unnecessary why do you just not get a double burger????

I'm maybe one of the outliers here but I like the Big Mac, but I like it because I like the sauce! The more sauce the better. I've never ever been a fan of the burger itself, the more they can hide it the better. I know that it's not a normal burger, it's its own thing and I do eat a few per year.

The one dollar hamburger was made possible by adding sawdust not meat to the hamburger, sawdust is less costly. “Wood pulp” in burgers? It's just cellulose, and who knows if it gives children IBS as adults.

More importantly, where is the recipe to that delicious looking shrimp dish?

Is it really too difficult for the burger maker to build the burger better than just slopping it all together? In this video, the lettuce is half off, the cheese is not placed properly, nor are the patties.... Why is it impossible to evenly spread the special sauce? Its better to just order a Triple "dressed like a Big Mac"....Slightly cheaper and more filling with the exact taste.

The only edible burger at mcdonalds is the all beef 1/4 lb.

I'm not a huge Big Mac guy period. Too much of a bread sandwich IMO. I've found that the new "limited time" double Mac (or, just customize it the old fashioned way) is the way to go. Way better bread to meat ratio, now if only they could add two more slices of cheese it would be perfect....

Never been a huge fan of the big mac. I used to like the "big n tasty" burger I think it was called before they got rid of it, but these days if I go to McDonalds I'll normally just get a regular double cheeseburger because everything else is ridiculously overpriced for fast food.

I loved the Big Mac when I was younger but fell out with it compared to The Wendy's Double and the customizable Whopper. Even so, no fast food burger could measure up to local places like Mr.Bartley's and Wild Willy's, but Shake N Shack's burgers are winning me over, although they are more expensive! As for the "new" Big Mac? Not bad, not great. However, I LOVE the EXTRA BEEF BIG MACS but I can never remember what they're called when I want to order one?! ( Paging the "Mickey D's" marketing department!)

Not gonna lie, i hated mcd for a few years to the point i would only go 2-3 times a year. But because of their app, and the revamp of the big mac.. they got me.. Shids so good. Now when i get big macs and mcchickens my car smells like donuts. Beautiful bun and extra sauce, it's truly a matrix food experience. Hate that i love it

To me, the Big Mac is a sad burger. Colorless, boring, the worst of the worst. When I go to McDonald's, from time to time, I always pick something else.

That bun is horrible! The old bun…only reason it dried out is because they stop using the styrofoam boxes! Kept the moisture in…but that wasn’t the original packaging🤔 either way, the Big Mac of yesterday was better hands down!😂
