Planning what I eat and meal prepping are crucial in my weight loss journey on WW / Weight Watchers! :) I follow the WW blue plan, but I also give points for the WW purple plan and the WW green plan, and I also give calories as well.

JUST A NOTE - I really shredded the chicken for this recipe, but I think the next time I make this, I'll just do chopped chicken in bigger chunks. It was good, but for me, I just prefer shredded in more soup or chili-style recipes. For this one, I would have rather had the chicken in pieces, not shredded. :)

Thanks Mindy!! I think I would definitely not shred the chicken as much next time. I'll just cube it and leave the big chunks. I love my dinner kits!! I've been doing that for years. I tried the meal delivery services years ago and realized that I can do the same thing for so much cheaper. It definitely helps us with portion control! It's just the two of us though. It would have been a bit harder doing it when our kids lived at home! 😊

Wanted to let you know I made the butterscotch pancake bake last week as muffins. I added one serving of the butterscotch chips to the batter and sprinkled 5 on top of each. Made 18 muffins! So I got to freeze a few, which made me happy. Will definitely make these again. I've also got another idea I'm going to try - adding lemonade crystal light powder to the blueberry one. That might be tomorrow, I'll let you know!! I'm also going to try the biscuit/gravy/cheese bake without eggs and I can't eat them (allergy). I think it will be yummy! Got to look for a small can of biscuits...

I made the Biscuits and Gravy bake. While I’m not a huge fan I really liked this recipe! I would certainly make it again. I love your sight ( i have probably told you before. I purchase some items tha that you have. My husband tells me I am a gadget collector (and I am) The latest purchase I made was the instant pot you use. I already have 2 Ninjas and ! Ninja oven but I can always use more. I spent 2 days making your recipes and I feel so prepared. My husband is more basic than I am so I get these to myself! Again thank you for all your hard work, It is helping me to get on track with real food instead of shakes and salads. sincerely, Nancy

I am relatively new to your channel and love, love, what I’m seeing. I’ve already made several of your recipes and they are delicious. This afternoon I created a 2 pt (purple) lunch for my hubs and me. 6 oz rotisserie chicken breast, 2 Joseph’s pitas (1 pita = 1 pt), chopped onion, chopped lettuce, chopped celery. Dressing, 1 tbsp, Olive Garden light dressing, 1 TBSP lite Mayo, 1 TBSP yellow mustard. Mix dressing and add to chicken and vegs...toss and fill warmed pitas. Entire pita is 2 purple points. Not sure of blue or green pts. Husband and I both loved it. I also use the pitas to make individual pizzas.

YUM!!! Looks like it would be the same points for blue. Green would have to count the chicken, which would probably just be 1 or 2 points. That sounds really good!! And best of all, even though it's only 2 points, it's something full of a healthy variety that will keep you satisfied!! Thanks so much for being part of the PUH family! 💕

here's a time saving tape for the biscuit and gravy bake-our WalMart carries 8 oz packages of turkey sausage crumbles. They are already cooked so I use them sometimes when I am pressed for time (we usually eat it initially for supper)

I just made something like your chicken lunch. Only thing different is put some taco seasoning on chicken and had cauliflower rice in it. Was so good. Thanks for all your work. Since October lost 68 pounds and before that for the rest of the year lost 111 pounds still got about 200 to go but started small bouts of exercise now that I can it's slow but takes time. God bless

Congrats to your daughter on her anniversary, that's fabulous! Nobody can give us dirty looks like our dogs that's for sure! And I cannot WAIT to try this breakfast bake. I struggle to break up my turkey even with a chop and stir. I've taken to cooking it ahead, letting it cool and then breaking the chunks up with my fingers. It works well for me, that stuff does not want to separate lol. Thanks for another great video.

That's excellent!!! I'm so happy you figured it out. Now any time you see a recipe you like, you can build it into your recipe builder and once it's there, it stays there. So when you go to track it, just search it by name and track it. Also, if you ever change plans, like you go from one color to a different color, the recipe will adjust the points based on the color. :) I'm so glad I was able to help!

Living in Canada where I live I could not find any chicken or Turkey sausage anywhere! We also do not have fat free cheddar or mozzarella cheese & absolutely no Velveeta shreds, either. ☹️ I have made quite a few of the recipes you have made. I started Weight Watchers about 45 years ago....at one time liver was required, but I could never do it....you not only had to count bananas, you had to weigh them with the peeling on...Lol

Awe! That is wonderful that you got to have your Grandson all day and for a sleepover! How old is he? I really miss sleepovers with my Grandkids so I'm super jealous! I am a new subscriber and your meals look so delicious! I would love to see a dinner video from your meal kits (what a super great idea BTW). Your bloopers at the end just cracked me up! Your daughter is just too funny, and that look from your dog...hahahaha priceless!

Hi Tracy!! He is just 2!! So, that's why I was whooped! LOL I'm so glad you're enjoying my channel. I actually do have some What's for Dinner videos out that show some of my dinner kits that I put together. If you go to my What's for Dinner playlist, you can see some of them. Some are just dinners I make, but then some are ones where I'm pulling the kits out and doing those. :) Yeah, my dog was not impressed with me making fun of her drinking the water! LOL

Thanks so much, my friend! I cannot say I've tried raw dough! LOL They were both really good - breakfast was amazing. The only thing I'd change with the chicken one is I wouldn't shred the chicken so much next time. I'd leave it in more cubes. :) Take care!!

I have made that chicken casserole before, I wasn’t a big fan but I love that breakfast bake, I am adding that to my grocery list now. I don’t normally eat breakfast but as I am trying to eat more calories maybe with that available I will have to start. I am sure my granddaughter will love it so I had better make a double batch!😂 Great video!

@@PlanningUsHealthythe chicken casserole was just to much liquid for me and I agree if I ever make it again I won’t shred my chicken just cube it! I have reached 1003 calories today and that was with 2 eggs this morning and I know I won’t eat anything else. One would think I would be skinny no more than I eat but I could easily lose 60+lbs.🥴

@@mdketzer Ohhhh wow!!! Yeah, that's definitely low calories. Can you maybe add something like healthy oils to up the caloric intake? Even adding some healthy olive oil to your meals may help. I know what you mean. My body does NOT like it if I don't get enough calories/points in. It works the opposite for me.

Love it! What do you think the breakfast bake would be like with 2 ingredient dough? I never eat that many points for my breakfast. That's why I was thinking of ways to lighten it up.

I get that! I typically don't go over 6 points for breakfast, but pairing it with the low lunch this week did help. But I think you could definitely use the 2 ID! Another option is if you don't mind omitting the taste of the sausage, you could use ground turkey breast for the meat. That might really change the flavor though because that turkey sausage really adds flavor. You could also leave out the cheese as well. :)

Carol, it was sooo good!! I will definitely make that again! The Santa Fe chicken was great. I think next time I may leave the chicken more in chunks rather than so shredded. I like it shredded more for chili, but bigger chunks for this one, I think.

I use a dry erase marker and it washes right off with some warm soapy water. :)

You really do have to slow down!!! I am trying so hard to try all of the new ones that look good...they all look good. It really is fun when you find a good RU-vidr, I got a note from, "The Dove's Nest", today. Love her to pieces and then she just disappeared (She does The Fly Lady together with Clean Mama. Then she just disappeared??? Got a note from her today and she is coming back!!! I am so thankful for the people I have found on here.

You sure can!! In fact, I will do that next time. For me, shredded chicken is better in soup or chili-type recipes. I prefer more of a chunked chicken for this one. :)

Thank you so much! I did do a closeup at about the 15:40 mark, but you can't really see inside it. Are you following my Facebook or Instagram page? I usually post a picture on Thursdays or Fridays after we've eaten them for the week. I also try to do a meal prep review in my weigh-in videos where I say how we liked the meals and I'll show a picture there as well. :)

Yes, that's exactly what I do. I meal prep on Sunday and eat the foods Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. :)

It might be worth a try. Or another option would be to just plop the pieces of dough in there in the morning before you cook it.

Christie I made the Kodak dark chocolate cake bake for 6 serving. I added 2 cups of dark chocolate Kodak two bananas one and a half cups of almond milk a teaspoon a vanilla extract and one egg so how many points would that be per serving?

Hi Theresa! It's really hard to say without scanning everything into the recipe builder, and it also depends on what plan you're on. But if I were to guess, I would say probably around 4 or 5 points.
