I definitely need to meal prep this breakfast. I love pancakes! The turkey sausage looks so good too. I don’t usually add sugar to your pancake bake recipes, but if I make pancakes without the applesauce I’ll add some sugar free sweetener.

Just made your pancake bake. I added two tbsp of artificial sweeteners to it. I also did 5 servings since I wanted a few more calories. I eat about 1900 a day. I bought some apple gate turkey sausage to go with it. I’ve been so hungry lately!

I'm going to try that breakfast bake and sausage. Looks yummy and filling. I am such a breakfast eater, it's funny. So, being on WW, I tend to eat a lot of eggs to get full, but it would be nice to have something else for breakfast thats low points, yummy and filling. Thanks for a great meal prep!

I don't think I added enough to really notice much of a difference honestly. I probably would add another teaspoon next time.

Pancake bake! It's my favorite :) I have been getting burned out on the blueberries though, and this is a good idea to try. I have some Lily's salted caramel chips. How do you think that will taste? I also put about 2 teaspoons of the Lakanto white sugar, but next time I will try the golden! How did the turkey sausage turn out? Did it taste great? I usually use the Never Any bacon, since I am not too keen on their breakfast sausage 😄 Thank you for another awesome video!

The caramel ones are good in it as well! We change it up a lot and sometimes put different fruit in it because if I make it the same way all the time, I get bored. LOL I actually love that turkey sausage. I've had it many times before. Keep in mind it's turkey breast though, so without the fat in it, it can be a little dry for some. Thanks so much for watching! :)

I use your Pancake Bake recipe all the time. I usually add a 1/4 cup of Lakanto because I'm not a huge fan of syrup on my pancakes. I tend to use sugar free syrup as a sugar substitute in recipes!😂

I guess I've never used enough for me to notice the points!! But you're right - when you get to 2 tsp, it says 1 point. I've always just used a small amount in things. Interesting though!! I need to keep an eye on that!

Hi Kristi...knowing you are in FL where did you find the 99% fat free Turkey? I have a difficult time finding the zero pt turkey or chicken alot of the times... this breakfast would be great on rotation... love your pancake bake too..

I really enjoy the turkey tenderloin! We've had it in the oven, instant pot, slow cooker, and it always turns out good. I'd say it's more moist making it in the slow cooker.

LOL Yes, I have a few on my website planningushealthy.com - there are recipes on the recipe page and also on the blog page. But honestly, any of the recipes I share using ground meat can be substituted with anything - ground turkey, ground chicken, ground beef. They are all pretty versatile and I've changed them up myself. :)
