Good video. I have a question for you and hopefully you can help me out with my pressure washer issue. It won't turn on but when I put a little bit of Carb/Choke cleaner, it works but only for a few seconds (Husqvarna 3100). Thanks a lot in advance sir!
I have a 3400 that has hydrostatic lock. I’ve done taken the spark plug out, dumped oil out of it. I taken the carburetor off, dump the oil out of it. I took the exhaust off dump the oil out of it .check the valve block it didn’t have any oil in it and I still can’t get the pull rope to turn. Any ideas on what I should do next
The pump didn't fill up with pressure when you last used it? Try squeezing the wand trigger. This might solve your problem? You need to have the proper amount of oil in the engine before starting again. If this doesn't work, take the recoil housing off and there's probably an aluminum cup that sits underneath find a leverage of some sort, possibly a flat head screwdriver and gently try and turn the flywheel. If this doesn't work you may have to pull the cover off and check the cam and rocket arms to see if they're loose or something is potentially damaged?
I wish they would quit using "universal symbols" for the on off switch, the choke and the fuel on or off. I don't think it's very clear. I forgot to winterize leaf blower, roto tiller and of course my pressure washer. I have my work cut out for me. None of them will start. Today's garbage, it all has ethanol in my area. Do you recommend buying the canned fuel at home depot and do you have a winterizing video. Thanks great video.
I mark all my stuff with a black sharpie, on, choke etc. I can't personally recommend anything other than draining fuel out completely so it doesn't sit. Another RU-vid channel "Taryl Fixes All" did a fuel comparison video with fuel additives and straight 87 and 93 octane fuel over the span of 8 months to a year. They all had the similar results. If you have time search it out. Thanks for watching.
Having a no start issue with my 3200. It's been sitting for a little over a year, but the air filter good, engine has oil. I have spark, went through the carb and cleaned everything, I'm using correct procedures to start but no luck... I understand this model has a low oil feature that won't start the engine if the oil is low. I'm not familiar with how that works, but could there be a faulty sensor or whatever it is that does this?
No issues with a mice nest anywhere?, especially around the coil. Exhaust is clear? Fuel line is there a shutoff valve? Is it pulling fuel? Can you add fuel directly through the carburetor butterfly and start it?
@@Neighborhoodgo2guy No rodent or exhaust issues but pouring some gas directly into the carb did let it start and then after a few seconds it died. So I went further and drained the fuel tank took it off. Fuel line was clear but did find some debris on that little micro filter on the fuel outlet fitting. Cleaned the fuel tank and reassembled. Amazing, it started and ran. BUT.. now the washer is shaking violently?? What might that be all about?
@Swede109g well at least it's running!, was it shaking under load? Sometimes they'll shake when you're not spraying. Was it on level ground?, no missing leg rubber grommets? Could be a water issue as well? Water inlet valve clean? Internals could be filled with debris...good luck, congratulations again on getting it running
@@Neighborhoodgo2guy Well I went ahead and let it run, figuring if it blew itself up, I'll take it back to Cosco, but it eventually settled down, all is good.. Thanks for the kick start in troubleshooting this!
hey men if you could help me out it’ll be much appreciate it….i just bought one just like these one and it keeps leaking gas!!any idea what could it be? thanks in advance!
Mine is brand new and it stops working for no reason at all , only works for a few minutes and stop. I don't know what is the problem. can you give me a tip about it , tanks.
My guess is the fuel cap might be bad and causing the gas tank to get vapor locked? Try unscrewing the cap slightly and run the machine. Make sure no water goes towards the gas tank! Keep me posted ✊
