This meditation is suited for everyone. We are finding stillness within ourselves… mind and body. Finding stillness and connecting with breath allows us to clear out unwanted energy including negative thinking patterns and heavy emotions. There are numerous benefits to meditation, but one of my favorite benefits is that it allows us to be more self aware and more aware of the types of thoughts that we are choosing… this really has the power to shape our whole day!
